Anthropic Introduces 'Dreaming' Feature for AI Agents
Anthropic has introduced a new experimental feature called “dreaming” for Claude Managed Agents, designed to help AI systems remember important patterns and improve long-running workflows.
Details:
The new “dreaming” system periodically reviews past sessions and stored memories to identify information worth saving for future tasks.
The feature is currently in research preview and limited to Managed Agents on the Claude Platform.
Anthropic says dreaming helps agents recognize recurring mistakes, useful workflows, and shared team preferences that a single conversation might miss.
The process is designed to improve long-term memory management, helping prevent important context from being lost during lengthy tasks.
Anthropic also expanded access to two previously revealed research preview features, 'multi-agent orchestration' and 'outcomes,' and announced it will double the five-hour usage limits for Pro and Max subscribers following user frustration over limits.

SPACEX & ANTHROPIC
Anthropic Signs Major Computing Deal with SpaceX
Anthropic has signed a major infrastructure agreement with SpaceX to expand computing capacity as demand for its Claude AI models continues to surge.
Details:
Anthropic will gain access to more than 300 megawatts of compute capacity from SpaceX’s “Colossus 1” data center in Memphis.
The company says the partnership will substantially increase computing resources and help raise usage limits across its AI products.
The deal highlights how rapidly demand for Claude has grown, with Anthropic revealing it saw “80x growth” in annualized revenue and usage during the first quarter of the year.
Despite competing in AI, Elon Musk said he approved the partnership after meeting with Anthropic staff and concluding that “Claude is good for humanity.”
Anthropic continues expanding its infrastructure partnerships, also relying on Google for chips and cloud services.
Musk also announced that xAI will no longer operate as a separate company, saying future AI products will fall under “SpaceXAI.” Meanwhile, Anthropic said it is interested in working with SpaceX on orbital AI compute infrastructure, aligning with Musk’s vision of placing data centers in space powered by solar energy.

1. PROBLEM MAPPING
Identify 8-10 painful, urgent problems people in this niche desperately want solved. For each problem list:
- The problem in plain English
- How much emotional pain it causes (1-10)
- Proof that people are already paying to solve it
- What they're currently buying to fix it (courses, tools, services, coaching)
- Estimated price range they pay
2. PROFITABILITY SCORE
Rate each problem on:
- Urgency (is it a "must fix now" or "nice to have"?)
- Willingness to pay (broke audience vs. money to spend?)
- Competition level (crowded or wide open?)
- Your ability to solve it
3. TOP 3 OPPORTUNITIES
Pick the 3 most profitable problems and for each one tell me:

Both nations are exploring official talks on AI, with discussions expected during Donald Trump and Xi Jinping's summit in Beijing on May 14–15. The talks would focus on risks tied to advanced AI systems, including unpredictable model behavior, autonomous weapons, and misuse of open-source AI tools by non-state actors.
They are also considering regular AI meetings and a possible AI hotline.
Snap says it has ended its partnership with Perplexity, canceling a deal that would have integrated the AI search startup’s technology directly into Snapchat
In its latest earnings report, Snap said the companies “amicably ended the relationship in Q1” and confirmed its financial outlook no longer includes revenue from the partnership.
The company has officially shut down Project Mariner, its experimental AI web-browsing assistant designed to complete tasks across the internet. The company confirmed the experiment ended on May 4, saying the technology behind it has now been integrated into other Google AI products.
