DEEPSEEK
DeepSeek Unveils Two Free & Open-Source AI Models To Challenge GPT-5’s Dominance

China’s DeepSeek has just unveiled two new AI models that it claims match or outperform leading-edge Western systems like GPT-5 and Gemini‑3.0 Pro, and it’s making them freely available under a permissive open-source license. The move could shake up the global AI landscape by delivering frontier-level performance at far lower cost and with full openness.
Details:
DeepSeek released two powerful AI models:
DeepSeek‑V3.2 is designed as an “everyday reasoning assistant.”
DeepSeek‑V3.2‑Speciale is a more powerful variant that reportedly delivered gold-medal performance in top-tier competitions, including the 2025 International Mathematical Olympiad, the ICPC World Finals, and others.
On the 2025 International Mathematical Olympiad, V3.2-Speciale scored 35/42, outperforming many leading models. On real-world coding benchmarks, V3.2 fixed ~73.1% of software bugs, closely tracking GPT-5-High’s ~74.9%.
Both models support context windows up to 128,000 tokens, enough to process the equivalent of a ~300-page book. Using a new “sparse attention” architecture (called DSA), DeepSeek claims to slash inference costs by ~70%, compared to their prior-gen model, enabling long-document reasoning at ~$0.70 per million tokens.
DeepSeek released full weights, training code, and documentation under the MIT license, giving developers, researchers, and companies the freedom to download, tweak, and deploy the models. This contrasts strongly with many proprietary alternatives, which restrict access or charge high API fees.
By offering frontier-level performance for free, DeepSeek challenges the assumption that cutting-edge AI must come from Western firms with massive compute budgets. At the same time, regulatory and data-sovereignty pressures, especially in Europe and North America, could complicate widespread adoption outside China.
TOGETHER WITH BRIGHT DATA
74% of Companies Are Seeing ROI from AI
When your teams build AI tools with incomplete or inaccurate data, you lose both time and money. Projects stall, costs rise, and you don’t see the ROI your business needs. This leads to lost confidence and missed opportunities.
Bright Data connects your AI directly to real-time public web data, so your systems always work with complete, up-to-date information. No more wasted budget on fixes or slow rollouts. Your teams make faster decisions and launch projects with confidence, knowing their tools are built on a reliable data foundation. By removing data roadblocks, your investments start delivering measurable results.
You can trust your AI, reduce development headaches, and keep your focus on business growth and innovation.
KLING AI
Kling Video O1 Launches, First All-In-One Video Model for Generation & Editing

Kling Video O1 has debuted as a unified video-creation model that promises to both generate new video content and allow seamless editing, combining what used to be separate tools into a single AI-powered workflow. This could significantly simplify video production for creators, marketers, and studios alike.
Details:
Kling Video O1 handles both video generation (creating new video clips from prompts) and editing (modifying existing footage), a first among AI video-model offerings.
Instead of juggling multiple tools (separate generation + editing software), users can now rely on a single model to go from concept → clip → edit.
The model could be a game-changer for content creators, small studios, social media marketers, and anyone looking for quick, flexible video production without heavy resources or technical overhead.
By streamlining generation and editing, Kling’s Video O1 may reduce production time and costs, lowering the barrier to creating high-quality video content.

Use These 14 ChatGPT Prompts To Master Any Complex Topic
Most people type “explain this” into ChatGPT and then wonder why the answer feels flat and unclear.
Here is a set of prompts you can copy and adjust for any topic. Use them to get clearer, step-by-step explanations instead of short, generic replies.
The Ultimate Explainer
You are an expert teacher who explains complex ideas in simple, accurate language.
Explain [TOPIC] to me.
– Assume I know [YOUR LEVEL]
– Start with a big-picture overview
– Then use numbered sections with headings
– Add concrete examples and simple analogies
– Finish with 5 bullet-point takeaways.Level Me Up (Kid → Student → Pro)
Explain [TOPIC] in 3 levels:
1. Like I’m 10 years old
2. Like I’m in high school
3. Like I’m a university student in this field
End each level with a tiny recap before moving to the next.Analogy First, Then Real Thing
Explain [TOPIC] using an everyday analogy first.
Then clearly map each part of the analogy to the real concept.
Finally, re-explain [TOPIC] in proper technical terms and list where the analogy breaks down.Socratic Tutor Mode
Act as a Socratic tutor for [TOPIC].
Don’t lecture. Ask me one question at a time.
After each answer:
– Correct or expand it in 2–4 sentences
– Rate my understanding from 1–10
– Ask the next best question. For Different Audiences
Explain [TOPIC] three times, each for a different audience:
1. A curious teenager with no background
2. A busy executive who cares about decisions and impact
3. A technical peer who knows the basics but not this specific topic
Adjust vocabulary, level of detail, and what you focus on for each. From Intuition → Math
Teach me [TECHNICAL TOPIC] in 3 layers:
1. Pure intuition, no formulas
2. Semi-formal with key equations explained in plain language
3. Fully formal with precise definitions.
Give a short summary and simple example at each layer.Common Mistakes & Traps
For [TOPIC], list and explain the 10 most common misconceptions or mistakes beginners have.
For each one:
– Why it seems plausible
– Why it’s wrong or incomplete
– The correct way to think about it in 2–4 sentences.AI Tools to check out
