Oracle, OpenAI Sign $300 Billion Cloud Deal

OpenAI has reportedly agreed to buy $300 billion worth of computing power from Oracle over about five years, starting in 2027. The move is meant to address ongoing shortages that have slowed the development of new AI models.
Details:
The agreement reportedly includes 4.5 gigawatts of power capacity, about the same as the electricity consumption of 4 million U.S. households.
OpenAI is also linked to a separate $10 billion contract with Broadcom to design a custom AI chip.
Larry Ellison’s wealth surged alongside Oracle’s stock by more than $100 billion, briefly putting him at the top of the world’s richest list, surpassing Elon Musk.
This would be one of the largest cloud contracts ever signed, a clear sign that the AI race is now a race for power, data centers, and custom chips. It also shows that investment in AI remains strong despite mounting concerns over a potential bubble.

ByteDance Introduces New AI Image Model to Rival Google’s Nano Banana

ByteDance has released Seedream 4.0, its latest AI image generation model that combines features from earlier models and brings both text-to-image and image editing capabilities into a single system.
Details:
The model allows for reference images, native control signals, and works across multiple aspect ratios, producing images up to 4K resolution, a significant improvement compared to Nano Banana’s 1080p square-only results, while also being cheaper to run.
It stands out for being over ten times faster and for offering clear rendering of text, tables, and diagrams.
The company claims it ranks first in its internal "MagicBench" and "MagicArena" benchmarks for both text-to-image and single-image editing.
Pricing varies by provider and resolution, costing $30 per 1,000 generations for enterprise customers or $0.03 per image for partners.
The model is available to users on ByteDance's Volcano Engine Ark cloud platform, the Doubao chatbot, and through partners such as FAL.ai, Freepik, and Wavespeed.ai.

How to build AI agents and SaaS products worth +$20,000 in less than a day
People are selling vibe-coded projects like MVPs, POCs, and SaaS tools that make real money.
Here’s how you can do the same with zero coding, just using prompts:
Choose a niche, research high-demand AI agents in it, and identify what people truly need.
Go to https://replit.com/agent3 and sign up.
Build the agents just by describing them.
Here are three high-demand AI agents to copy:
A booking agent that schedules calls.
A customer support agent that closes tickets.
A personal agent that keeps you on track.
You’ll get them production-ready the same day.

Once you’ve built the AI agents, take a few screenshots.
Record a quick demo highlighting the best features.
Publish them on marketplaces like Etsy, Gumroad, and more.
Collect feedback, ask early buyers what works and what’s missing, then use it to improve version 2.
Once an agent sells, repeat the playbook and build more in new niches.
