OpenAI Launches New Realtime Voice Models for Reasoning, Translation, and Transcription

OpenAI has introduced three new realtime voice models that it says will 'unlock a new class of voice apps for developers.'
Details:
The company released three new models in the API: GPT-Realtime-2, GPT-Realtime-Translate, and GPT-Realtime-Whisper.
GPT-Realtime-2 is OpenAI’s first realtime voice model with GPT-5-class reasoning, designed to handle complex requests, interruptions, corrections, and tool usage during live conversations.
GPT-Realtime-Translate can translate speech from 70+ input languages into 13 output languages while keeping pace with the speaker in real time.
GPT-Realtime-Whisper is a low-latency speech-to-text model that transcribes conversations live as people speak, enabling faster captions, meeting notes, and voice interfaces.
OpenAI says the new models are aimed at helping developers build a new generation of interactive voice applications that feel more natural and responsive.
All three models are now available through OpenAI’s Realtime API. Developers can already test the models in OpenAI’s Playground and integrate them into apps using Codex.

Apple’s Starlink Update Sparks Huge Earning Opportunity
Apple just secretly added Starlink satellite support to iPhones through iOS 18.3.
One of the biggest potential winners? Mode Mobile.
Mode’s EarnPhone already reaches 490M+ users that have earned over $1B, and that’s before global satellite coverage. With SpaceX eliminating "dead zones," Mode's earning technology can now reach billions more in unbanked and rural populations worldwide.
Their global expansion is perfectly timed, and investors like you still have a chance to invest in their pre-IPO offering at $0.50/share.
With their recent 32,481% revenue growth and newly reserved Nasdaq ticker, Mode is one step closer to a potential IPO.

Mode Mobile recently received their ticker reservation with Nasdaq ($MODE), indicating an intent to IPO in the next 24 months. An intent to IPO is no guarantee that an actual IPO will occur.
The Deloitte rankings are based on submitted applications and public company database research, with winners selected based on their fiscal-year revenue growth percentage over a three-year period.
GENESIS AI
French Startup Launches AI Model for Robots and a Human-Like Robotic Hand

French robotics startup Genesis AI has introduced a new AI model designed to make robots more adaptable, alongside a robotic hand capable of performing complex human-like tasks.
Details:
Genesis AI unveiled GENE-26.5, a robotics AI model built to operate a wide range of robots, including hardware from other companies.
The startup was co-founded by former Mistral researcher Theophile Gervet and is backed by investors including former Google CEO Eric Schmidt and telecom billionaire Xavier Niel.
Alongside the model, the company showcased a human-like robotic hand capable of tasks such as chopping tomatoes, cracking eggs, solving a Rubik’s Cube, and playing the piano.
Genesis says the hand is designed to more closely replicate human anatomy and movement, allowing more natural motion transfer from humans to machines.
The company is targeting industries such as automotive, electronics, logistics, and pharmaceuticals, where robots still struggle with delicate or variable tasks.
Genesis is also building robotics datasets using sensor-equipped gloves worn by industrial workers to capture real-world movement data.
The launch comes as Europe pushes to strengthen domestic manufacturing and reduce reliance on Asian production and robotics supply chains.

Add This One Line to Any ChatGPT Prompt for Better Results

Instead of spending time crafting the perfect prompt, you can have the AI do it for you.
All you need to do is add this line after every ChatGPT prompt:
“If my request is vague, rewrite it into a clearer, more effective prompt before answering.”You can also use this longer version: “If my request is vague, rewrite it into a clearer, more effective prompt before answering — and briefly explain what you changed.”
This helps ChatGPT better understand your intent and improve the question before generating a response. It can improve clarity, reduce generic answers, and save time by avoiding repeated prompt rewrites. It's especially useful for brainstorming, writing, planning, image generation, and any situation where your ideas are still half-formed.

Elon Musk's brain implant company Neuralink is building a surgical robot capable of reaching any brain region to 'help solve any condition that originates in the brain.'
The company has introduced a new optional safety feature called Trusted Contact that allows ChatGPT users to designate a friend or family member to be notified if conversations suggest a potential risk of self-harm.
If OpenAI’s systems detect concerning discussions, ChatGPT may encourage the user to contact their trusted person, while OpenAI can also send that contact a brief alert by text, email, or in-app notification asking them to check in.
Spotify has launched a new beta feature that allows users to use AI agents like OpenClaw to generate personalized, private podcasts and save them directly to their Spotify library.
The company is officially replacing the Fitbit app with a new app called Google Health, bringing Fitbit’s tracking features under Google’s broader health platform.
The new app includes tabs for fitness, sleep, health, and daily metrics, along with expanded tracking tools, manual logging options, and the return of friend leaderboards.
Originally limited to waitlisted Max subscribers, Personal Computer can now be accessed by anyone using the new Perplexity Mac app, though the feature itself still requires a Pro or Max subscription. The tool is designed to let AI agents work directly across local files, apps, web tools, and connected services to handle multi-step tasks on a user’s device.
