AI to Touch Every Piece of IT Work by 2030

In a major industry survey, Gartner, Inc. found that by 2030, all IT work will involve artificial intelligence: from human-augmented tasks to fully autonomous systems. As organizations rush to adopt AI, the real challenge will be human and organizational readiness, not just technology.
Details:
A Survey based on responses from over 700 CIOs in July 2025 shows that by 2030, 0% of IT work will be done by humans alone, 75% will be done by humans augmented with AI, and 25% by AI alone.
Organizations must balance two readiness dimensions: AI readiness (Technical capability, infrastructure, vendor relationships) and Human readiness (Workforce skills, organizational change, role transformation)
AI will make certain skills less important, and new skills, creative, strategic, communicative, will be required since AI will shift "how work is done", not just "what work is done".
Many organizations are still breaking even or losing money on AI investments due to hidden costs (training, change management, vendor selection).
The future of IT isn't about replacing humans with machines; instead, it's about redesigning IT work so that humans and AI can work together to bring greater value.

Google Launches Private AI Compute: Cloud Power, Local Privacy

Google LLC has unveiled Private AI Compute, a new cloud-based AI processing platform that combines its advanced Gemini models with the same high privacy standards typically reserved for on-device features. With this innovation, Google aims to deliver powerful and helpful AI while ensuring that user data remains secure and accessible only to the individual.
Details:
Private AI Compute enables cloud-level models to handle complex tasks, such as anticipation, suggestions, and rich reasoning, while preserving user privacy as if the processing were on-device.
The platform is built on Google's own custom TPUs and Titanium Intelligence Enclaves (TIE), creating a secure "sealed" environment where no one (including Google) can access the user's data.
The system supports sensitive on-device features, such as the Recorder app's transcription summarization and the Magic Cue suggestion engine, now enhanced via this cloud-edge hybrid model.
Google emphasizes that this is part of its ongoing responsible AI framework (Secure AI Framework, AI Principles, Privacy Principles), signaling that ethics and privacy are foundational and not afterthoughts.
This innovation suggests a shift in how we think about AI: rather than choosing between powerful cloud models or private, local models, Google is aiming for both—cloud-scale with on-device-grade privacy.
AI Tutorial
Turn Photos into Pixar-Style or Anime Art Using Leonardo.ai

Log in to your Leonardo.ai account and go to the AI Image Generation page.
Select a high-quality, versatile model, like the Lucid Origin, and choose your preferred aspect ratio (e.g., 1:1).
Find the Image Guidance or Image to Image panel and upload your source photo.
Adjust the Strength to Mid (around 1.0 to 1.5). This blend is key to maintaining your photo's pose while adopting the new style.
Use Specific Keywords:
For Pixar:
Disney Pixar movie style, 3D animated character, expressive eyes, volumetric lighting. For Anime:
Japanese anime character illustration, high contrast, clean lines, large expressive eyes, digital painting.
Use the Negative Prompt box to tell the AI what you don't want. This helps clean up artifacts and maintain the desired style.
Standard Negative Terms:
ugly, deformed, bad anatomy, mutated, low resolution, blurry, text, watermark, bad quality, photo-realistic, hyper-realistic, realism
Generate the images, but if the style is weak, adjust the prompt. Also, if the face appears too distorted, reduce the Image Guidance strength slightly.
